About Us
Complete Surveillance is a CCTV and Surveillance Organisation that has set the benchmark in the electronic security industry. Over the past 22 years, Complete Surveillance has grown from a small business into an organisation with a national footprint across South Africa and neighbouring African countries. In 2003, Complete Surveillance successfully focused on the prevention of stock theft and anti-poaching. Thereafter, diversifying into the Corporate Sector in 2008, offering Cashbuild, P and L Hardware and Sequence Logistics, to name a few, hi-tech security solutions for centralised monitoring and management options, which lead to the exponential growth of Complete Surveillance.
Complete Surveillance consists of two divisions, Complete Technical and Complete Monitoring. Complete Technical is a division that offers services such as the installation and maintenance of CCTV Systems, Alarms System, Electric Fences and Remote Management. The Complete Monitoring division focuses on the Control Room Monitoring of our stores in which 24/hour surveillance is given 365 days a year and is currently monitoring in the excess of 13000 cameras nationally.
Complete Surveillance was built on a foundation of passion and service. Jason Ackermann (Director) started working in the security industry at the young age of 18 and has always pushed the benchmark when it came to the industry. With 32 years in the security field, Jason is not only a guru in the industry but has set a standard to which all his technicians and controllers are required to meet. Jason Ackermann started his career working for Andersons Security in the Upper Highway Area and then became a Technical Manager for ET Alarms.
Sally Ackermann (Director) from the age of 22 also had an interest in the security industry. Sally worked for the SAPS in the investigation task unit (ITU) and later joined the Truth and Reconciliation Commission. Jason and Sally Ackermann shared a passion to better the security industry and after many hardships, they effectively set this vision in motion on the launch of Complete Surveillance in 2003
Complete surveillance was born on a foundation of grit, resilience, perseverance, passion and determination which can be seen throughout our corporate culture. Jason and Sally’s mission was to change the security industry and in a short period, their organisation “Complete surveillance” has made its mark.
