Currently our organisation is monitoring in excess of 13000 surveillance cameras nationally.

With today’s state of the art technology, our CCTV line crossing technology and intrusion detection offers a more proactive security solution. In conjunction with Hikvisions Flagship Acusense Technology, Complete Surveillance is able to remotely monitor your CCTV cameras, by linking your site directly to our 24/7 control room via a VPN (Virtual Private Network).  Through a dedicated gateway, we are able to stream and live view all your video recording content directly to our control room. 

For those sites that are in remote areas, where there are no ADSL or fibre lines (internet access), this does not hinder Complete Surveillance from linking you up via GSM network. 

This software allows us to identify between human, animal and vehicle traffic, giving us the capability to filter out false alarms and effectively manage real life threats.

All our control room operators are highly trained and equipped to handle any emergency situation. They are registered and graded in accordance with the PSRIA Act of South Africa and when employed are thoroughly vetted and checked against the SAPS database for any criminal records.

Complete Surveillance is able to offer you Off-Site CCTV Monitoring at an affordable monthly fee, which enables your Company to utilise our dedicated 24-7 control room and operational staff to monitor your site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year, with UPS and generator backup.

Off Site 24-Hour Alarm Monitoring

Complete Surveillance offers a 24-hour manned SAIDSA approved alarm monitoring control room and is equipped to monitor the heart of your alarm system, using radio and GSM solutions, with UPS and generator backup.. This ensures that all emergency and burglary triggers, low battery, power failures and any faults detected by your alarm system, which are sent through to our Control Room, are dealt with immediately. We are able to link any alarm system to our control room, regardless of site, infrastructure or location.

Our highly-trained, dedicated and friendly control room operators, have all contactable numbers in the case of emergencies and will automatically liaise with the Emergency Services, Fire Department or the South African Police Services in need, providing them with full details and addresses where necessary, for your peace of mind.
